The reason I am giving this product a 5 star is because I know it works for a friend of ours in BC. He is the one who recommended it to my husband. And he swears he has had less heart problems because of it. We have been taking it since April, 2025, so about 5 months. And the only way we would be able to see if it really is working, with all of my husbands heart problems is if we did testing. We are not going to do that, because I am convinced my husband is definitely benefiting from it, based on his friends health. It has everything I was trying to get into my husband naturally, especially the garlic, but in a convenient dropper form. I take it as well, since I just started menopause. The reason I know it is and will help me, is because I take the menopause drops. Those are FABULOUS! It took me a whole big bottle to see the difference, but I DO see a difference in my menopausal symptoms. Especially the frequency of my hot flashes. So, in my opinion, if one is working the other is as well :)
