Shipping Policy

Where do you Ship?

We ship within North America (Canada and USA)

  •     All orders are shipped via standard ground freight with tracking number.
  •     Canadian orders are shipped from Kamloops, BC.
  •     USA orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Independence,   Missouri and/or Long Beach, California.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm PST and exclude weekends and holidays. After receiving your order you will receive a confirmation email/phone call.

You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped.  Orders received are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

What are Shipping Costs?

  •     Free delivery on orders over $175
  •     $10 flat rate applies on orders under $175
  •     Express/Expedited available for additional cost. Rates will be calculated      and displayed at the checkout page.

Is Local Pickup Available?
No, sorry, it’s not.

What are the estimated delivery times?
Depending on your location, it will take approximately 4-5 days unless unforeseen circumstances prevail.

Do you offer international shipping?
We only ship within North America. Check out our International tab on our website to order internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@straussnaturals.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you, we promise!
